Karltec monitor and log all server activities and anyone who potentially is causing problems resulting in effects to other clients, our websites, or our servers will be held responsible and treated as a criminal under Australian Federal Law.
Karltec does not in any way condone, sponsor, or allow on their servers, any form of illegal or adult content; which includes, but is not limited to:

Warez
Hacks
Illegal Content (Including pornography, stolen software/hardware)
Threats, or malicious content toward any other living thing(s).
Modifications of any game that conflict with EULA's, TOS's and/or AUP's

For game server clients, altering any of the core server files (as deemed so by the Systems Admins) is classed as Abuse of the Server, and penalties will arise as listed below.

Abusing Karltec Staff through any form of communication (telephone, support tickets, MSN etc.) at any time is classed as Abuse, and is not permitted. Offenders will render themselves liable to be charged under Australian Federal Law for harassment; will render their account terminated without notice with no refund available; any contracts that the client may be in with Karltec Net Enterprises will be rendered null.

If a client requests a refund, then the final decision for this will be made by the Karltec Team.
Karltec reserves the right to deny a refund at any given time, based on information made available to them.

Karltec reserves the right to terminate a client or a service based on information made available to them; with or without a refund being made available.

Hackers and Abusers of Karltec's Core Services will render their account terminated without notice, and no refund will be made.

Your use of any information or materials that are listed on Karltec is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through Karltec meet your specific requirements.

Our services come as a basic installation. Details on what is included in your package is available upon signup.

The level of technical support given to clients will be made by the support technician at the time.
We will generally only provide support for the product we're selling (game server issues, web server issues etc.)
We do not provide support for third-party applications such as mods, addons, CMS packages etc.

We will try our utmost to ensure your server is of high standards, and we appreciate feedback through the support ticket system; although some instances may be out of our control.

If you are experiencing server issues, we request that you contact us via support ticket as soon as possible
